New release which changes the way setup allows choosing commands for which menu. Many items can now be included in the main contextual menu. Items can still be added/removed from the submenu. This is all configured in a single list in the Settings application.

The following work items have been marked as fixed/implemented in this release:

• Allow items to be put directly on context menu
• "Smart" context items (i.e. disable custom command options that aren't valid)
