Release Notes

By far the biggest release of Path Copy Copy ever, this major release has tons of enhancements and bug fixes. I could go on listing them all, so I will. ;-)
This is a recommended update for all users. The update will be pushed through the software update mechanism soon.

About the portable installer: it installs Path Copy Copy for the current user only; aside from that, it works pretty much like the regular installer.

About the Windows Installer package: it installs Path Copy Copy using default, network environment-oriented settings. It is not possible to configure the installation through command-line arguments like for the regular installer; if you need to set registry values, do so after installing Path Copy Copy, perhaps through a script.

Unobtrusive and does exactly what it says it does. Love it.

In the principle of doing one thing and doing it well, this extension is fantastic. I despise mapped drives and this tool makes them far less annoying. I'm also a Cygwin user (because so many things have been left undone by Microsoft). The latest release of Cygwin supports UNC's if they are in Unix form. It was very easy to add a "Copy Cygwin UNC" command. I'm sure many use this, but I wanted to stop and say thank you. This is a very well crafted tool. Thanks for sharing your genius.
