Configurable menu width?

description

Would it be doable to make the Path Copy Copy submenu's width configurable? I run 3440 x 1440 resolution, and even moderately-long paths get truncated while there is plenty of screen space available.

Thanks for reading.

Windows explorer replacements are supported on a best-effort basis, but I really can't do much in this case, as the menu width is controlled externally.

I can't reproduce this on my end - my menu is always wide enough to display the entire path, even if it means taking up most of the screen.

What OS are you running? I'm on Windows 7. What theme are you using?

I'm running Win10 Pro x64 (1511, pre-Anniversary-Crapfest)

Screen resolution is 3440 x 1440. DPI is 96.

I'll try to find a Win10 to test this on.

I've tested this on Windows 10 with a path that is the maximum length and I could still see the whole path in the contextual menu (the menu was as large as the screen).

Is it possible that you have either a special theme or a third-party app that could affect menu width? I looked in the API and there doesn't seem to be an easy way to set the width of a menu, since it's supposed to be calculated automatically...

Thank you for checking. I apologize for not noticing this before, but it only seems to happen when Directory Opus is used. It does not occur in Explorer itself.
